Welcome to CrossFit Worcestershire 3.0. The home of CrossFit in the Midlands. We are here to help you to achieve high standards in all areas of fitness not just excellent in one. We aim to achieve heavy Deadlifts, Squats and Overhead Presses, sprint 200m, 400m, 800m and be able to perform basic gymnastics. ie. Pull ups, Handstands, Dips, Press ups. All of these movements are performed at a high intensity and are scaled to the individuals needs.
